ECatsBridge Simultaneous Pairs for

BBC Children in Need.

Anna Gudge and Mark Newton, the ECatsBridge Team, have organized and run this event for the last

four years during which time they have raised a grand total of £174,836.

Last year they raised a fabulous total of over £50,000.

They want to repeat or even surpass this in 2006.  The Club will donate the usual table money to the appeal and we have suggested that each player should donate a further minimum of £2.50 but please contribute as much as you feel able or are willing to give to such a good cause.

Last year, as in previous years, Anna and Mark appeared on BBC television on Friday night – the 17^th November - a special programme devoted solely to this cause.

In the booklet you'll get after playing, you will find that Sandra Landy, who set up "Bridge for All", has written the commentary.

So we hope to see a really full house on the 15^th.
